October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month, an initiative designed to share up-to-date best practice for online security.
For the last 15 years the month has been used to promote cyber security and the importance of staying safe online. The idea originated in the United States and has now become a movement across the world.
Corsham-based cyber experts, Computer Network Defence (CND) have partnered with The Business Exchange to bring you 30 cyber security tips throughout the month to help keep you and your business secure. Follow @TBESW and @CND_Ltd on Twitter from 1st-30th October as we share a tip each day.
CND have been helping to protect the UK’s military networks, businesses and organisations both at home and abroad for the last 16 years. The company has a strong network of cyber security consultants across the world with members of the team in the US, Canada and the Isle of Man.
The firm moved its headquarters to Corsham at the end of September having previously been based in Bath. The team are now working out of the Corsham Mansion House which is a strategic move with many of the team living in the town.
