Who is The Business Exchange?
The Business Exchange South West Limited is publisher of two magazines, The Business Exchange Swindon & Wiltshire and The Business Exchange Bath & Somerset.
We specialise in dedicated, local, business-to-business publications which are produced quarterly. Each issue we print 5,000 copies with an estimated readership of 15,000 per edition. This is based on an industry standard estimated readership of 3 readers per magazine printed.
The magazines are distributed to head offices, serviced offices and venues that business people frequent including each town and city in Wiltshire (Swindon & Wiltshire edition) and within a 10-mile radius of Bath (Bath & Somerset edition).
We also host regular networking events, The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo and The TBE Awards.
How do we collect your information?
You can subscribe to our e-newsletter via the homepage of each of our websites. You will enter your name and email address at the time of subscribing. You can edit your preferences and unsubscribe at any time.
If you are an advertiser, we will obtain your information when you make a booking. You will provide us with this information, and by doing so you are consenting for us to process and maintain this information. This information will be used to create your account, booking forms and invoices. We will not use this information to spam you with emails or junk mail.
Individuals have the right to request a copy of any information we hold; you can do this by emailing: press@tbesw.co.uk
What type of information do we collect?
We collect details such as your name, email address, telephone number and business address.
How is your information used/stored?
Your information is used purely for the purpose of The Business Exchange South West Limited only. We will keep your information on file for 36 months, after which time we will write to you for further consent to retain your information, or at your request it will be removed. You may wish to have your information deleted sooner than the 36 months, if this is the case, please email us on press@tbesw.co.uk
If you think there is a problem with the way The Business Exchange South West Ltd handles your data you should complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

Who has access to your information?
If you are a subscriber to www.tbeswindonandwilts.co.uk or www.tbebathandsomerset.co.uk, you are signing up to receive our e-newsletters sent through Mailing Manager.
You can also signup to receive a digital version of each magazine we produce via Joomag.com
If you are an advertiser, advertising in one of our magazines and you have requested us to produce an advert on your behalf, if this cannot be done in-house we will send your designs and information on to our outsourced design company to produce the advert for you. They will not sell or pass on any information to other third-party companies.
If we are writing a story on your business and do not have the capacity in-house, we will put you in touch with one of our freelance writers to create the article. They will not sell or pass on any information to other third-party companies.
