Swindon headquartered law firm Thrings has continued to grow its award-winning corporate offering with the appointment of two newly qualified solicitors.
Bethan Shepherd and Shana McBean join the firm on a permanent basis, having successfully completed their trainee contracts, and will become the newest members of the corporate team, based in the Bristol and Swindon offices respectively.
Having both joined Thrings in 2023, Bethan and Shana have trained across a range of areas at the firm to enhance their knowledge of the law, completing six-month seats in corporate, private client, property litigation, insolvency and family between them.
In their new roles, Shana and Bethan will continue to advise companies and individuals across a range of sectors on a wide variety of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations and general corporate governance for clients.
