Accountancy firm Baker Tilly celebrated 30 years in Swindon on Wednesday 11 February, by holding a special event at its offices in Westmead Drive.
The event was attended by over 130 guests which included long established clients – some of whom have been with the firm for 30 years, and many of the Swindon business community.
The office was transformed into a vintage railway to celebrate Swindon’s history and the history of the firm, members of the Baker Tilly team also followed the theme by dressing up as porters and station masters.
Sharon Omer-Kaye, managing partner at Baker Tilly’s Swindon office said: “The evening was a great opportunity for us to celebrate our on-going presence in Swindon. It was fantastic to look back on our history and also share plans for the future with so many of our long standing clients and the local business network in Swindon.”
Laurence Longe, Baker Tilly’s managing director said: “Baker Tilly has a long standing history in Swindon and it was a pleasure to celebrate this along with so many clients and local businesses. We look forward to working with them all in the future.”
As well as sharing plans for the future, Sharon Omer- Kaye gave a thank you speech, outlined the firms’ commitment to the local marketplace and also gave insight into the opportunities that Baker Tilly’s international network can bring.
