Awdry Bailey & Douglas Solicitors, one of Wiltshire’s leading law firms, has announced the recruitment of highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Yasmine Machin.

Yasmine specialises in Residential Conveyancing, and while qualifying for her Masters in Law from the College of Law in 2013, had worked at Gloucester Land Registry for ten years.

Since qualification she went on to work for law firms in Swindon, Cheltenham and most recently Stroud where she was Head of residential property, Gloucestershire at Red Kite Law LLP. In addition to having a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property law, her years of practical experience enable her to spot any potential issues and deal with them before they become problems that would otherwise delay a transaction.

Ronna Turley, Partner and Head of the Conveyancing department at Awdry Bailey & Douglas said, “Yasmine’s appointment is a further indication of our ongoing commitment to providing an excellent service to all our clients.

“We knew Yasmine was the perfect fit for us as she demonstrates our three core values. She’s prompt, proactive and enjoys working closely with her clients, using her extensive, real-life expertise to ensure that their move proceeds smoothly and successfully.”

Yasmine added, “I’m delighted to join ABD as we have a shared passion – providing an excellent service to all clients. I have the autonomy and support I need to provide a genuinely personal service to anyone who is planning to buy or sell their home, which is never more needed than now in these uncertain times.”
