This workshop is the perfect introduction for beginners who want to find out more about using Social Media for Business. We will spend 50 minutes on each topic and we will focus on making the most effective use of Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn as business promotional tools.

• Twitter – building followers, who to follow, what to tweet, definitions of # and @.
• Facebook – setting up a Business page, best types of content, what to post and when, how to promote your page.
• LinkedIn – profile completion, using it as an online networking tool, who to connect with, how to engage and get the best out of LinkedIn.

Each Social Media session will have a summary of Top Ten Tips. By the end of the workshop you will have had a taster on how to get the best out of social media and how to proceed to use it more effectively for your business.
