Speaker – Louise Carver
Topic: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: how to feel as capable and confident as people think you are.
Louise is an independent learning and development practitioner, facilitator and workplace mediator with a wealth of experience in developing leadership and management capability, building sustainable high-performing teams, enhancing individual and organisational effectiveness and facilitating business change. She is passionate about helping to create positive workplaces in which people are resilient and motivated to achieve because they feel valued and are able to be authentic.
Louise set up Louise Carver Consulting Ltd following a 22-year career as an RAF officer. Since 2009 she has worked in the UK and Germany providing tailored people-centred solutions in a wide variety of public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations. She also works with children and young adults, providing life skills mentoring, interactive personal development workshops and peer mediation training.
