The next ‘Breakfast @ The Barn’ networking event is taking place on Tuesday September 13.
The breakfast will have a mediterranean theme and Vaughan’s Cookery School will be doing cooking demonstrations, for attendees to emulate at home.
The event which is being sponsored by Vaughans Cookery School is open to all businesses to meet potential new clients and business contacts in a relaxed and informal setting. With no annual membership fees, it is a pay as you go event held once every other month at Wellington Barn near, Calne, which is easily accessible from Chippenham, Devizes, Swindon, Marlborough, Melksham, Trowbridge and surrounding towns.
The Menu will be as follows:
Huevos Revueltos (Spanish scrambled eggs with roasted pepper)
Patas Bravas (‘Brave’ potatoes in tomato with smoked pimento)
Grilled halloumi with Wiltshire honey & lemon
Artisan Breads from Vaughan’s Cookery School
Fair trade orange juice with Sicilian lemon
Dusty ape Coffee (roasted here in Wiltshire) tea and herbal infusions
