YES Swindon to host second event at Hop Kettle Brewing

By Anita Jaynes on 24 July, 2019

Following a successful launch event in June, YESwindon returns on Thursday 1st August to help young entrepreneurs and business professionals develop valuable connections, learn more about business opportunities in the local area and have fun.

The 1st August event will be held at the Hop Kettle Brewing Co., which was founded by entrepreneur and YESwindon guest speaker Tom Gee. Tom has an insider’s understanding of the drinks industry and the technical knowledge required to create one-of-a-kind brews – some of which will be available to sample on the night.

Attendees will also get to try top-notch party food provided by The Grazing Company. The farthest thing from your average charcuterie board, The Grazing Company’s Graze Boards, Boxes and Table options are lavish and opulent and are the highlight of any event. Company director Sophie Thomas will give an insight into how The Grazing Company came up with the idea for their Instagram-worthy products and how they managed to secure big name clients.

Co-founder of YESwindon and Initiative Manager at Business West, Andrew Wells said, “YESwindon is all about inspiring Swindon and Wiltshire’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business professionals. Not only do YESwindon events provide a relaxed environment in which to network, our guest speakers are all inspirational young entrepreneurs from the local area. Having real life entrepreneurs who have made their business idea a reality is a great way of raising the aspirations of young people and demonstrating the opportunities available to them in Swindon.”

Funded by SWLEP, and facilitated by Business West and The Business Exchange, YESwindon is a unique networking group that aims to support Swindon and Wiltshire-based young people aged 18-35 in business. YESwindon events are totally free of charge to attend and 18-35 year olds with an interest in business and enterprise are encouraged to sign up for our 1st August evening of networking here:
