Workshop aims to improve leadership, management and reduce stress

Are you familiar with this scenario – a worker, who has consistently excelled in their role, they are highly skilled and are rewarded with the added responsibility of a managerial position, but they are not given any further guidance; or perhaps a new business owner who is great at what they do, but poor and incompetent in managing their workforce?

Two Wiltshire experts, Debbie Pepler of Peptalk llp and Matt Hill of Matt Hill Systema, have designed a workshop which will be delivered on Tuesday October  13 from 9.30am-4.30pm at Melksham Town Hall. The workshop will give attendees useful tools and skills to enhance their leadership and management skills, plus practical tips and techniques to recognise and manage stress. Debbie is a business coach located in Westbury with more than 25 years business experience, and Matt is a full time instructor of Systema, based in Melksham, and offers an ancient martial art which has evolved into a complete health system.

Debbie said: “I see a lot of stressed business owners and managers, and am frequently asked about how best to manage stress in the workplace.  Having an expert like Matt on board is fantastic as he brings together martial arts with his previous parachute regiment experience and corporate background and we integrate these with the principles of leadership and management.”

Tickets for the workshop cost £99 per person. If you would like to book a place or require further information, please contact Debbie Pepler on 0792 700 8440 or email:, or Matt Hill on 0758 402 5206.
