Wiltshire company Openit has been appointed to manage the day-to-day running of the Grade II listed Kingston House in Bath.

Openit, which has its HQ in Market Place, Chippenham, has been appointed by Julie Drew of Leslie, Ward & Drew, who owns the Georgian building in Pierrepont Street.

David Brown, managing director of Openit, said: “We’re thrilled to take on this project for Julie. We already work with her in Wiltshire and this contract further cements our professional relationship.”

Openit staff will ensure the building in Bath, used by small businesses as office space, runs smoothly, is complaint with relevant legislation and is kept clean and in good repair.

Julie, who appointed Openit, said: “David and his team at Openit are taking good care of facilities management at Kingston House which offers professional offices for a number of tenants.

“David’s helpdesk, combined with his experience and knowledge of facilities management means my tenants are receiving a good service and I know the building is being taken care of without being a burden on my time and resources.”

Openit specialises in facilities management, disaster recovery and providing high quality business accommodation. For more details visit: www.openituk.com
