WHIreland, acting as financial adviser and broker for Dymag Group Limited, has helped to secure an institutional £3.6m private equity investment for the firm.

Dymag, the designer and manufacturer of carbon hybrid automotive wheels, is set to expand its operations in Wiltshire with a move to larger premises in early 2019. The move is expected to create a significant number of new jobs and bring further innovations to the company’s manufacturing processes.

This investment also aims to support faster delivery of Dymag’s pipeline of product development to match the growing demand for carbon hybrid technology. The firm, which employs 32 skilled staff, is already working with several of the world’s leading performance equipment manufacturers and has a growing aftermarket presence.

Chris Shelley, CEO of Dymag, said, “It was great to work with WHIreland in helping to fund the next stage of our growth. The directors and shareholders of Dymag wish to thank the WHIreland team for their support.”

Adam Pollock, Head of Corporate and Institutional Broking at WHIreland, added, “We are delighted to be associated with Dymag, the industry leading British manufacturer of carbon wheels for the automotive industry.”
