This April, the University of Bath’s “Ignite+: Unlocking Business Potential: Partnerships Showcase,” will explore collaboration and innovation between local businesses and organisations looking to work with researchers at the University.
The in-person event will provide a platform for organisations to explore mutually beneficial collaborations, exchange ideas, and catalyse innovation. At its heart is the goal of building collaborative opportunities by focusing on the different ways people can work with the University of Bath such as, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), Consultancy and Contract Research, Access to Facilities and Equipment and Student Placements and Projects.
Whether you’re an established company seeking fresh perspectives, or a non-profit aiming to amplify your impact, this free event offers invaluable opportunities to connect with like-minded organisations and access the wealth of knowledge and resources available at the University of Bath.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from successful partnerships and speakers from Industry and the University, participate in discussions with academic researchers, network with academics and industry peers and explore additional funding opportunities with specialists.
The event will also offer One-to-One surgeries and the opportunity to speak directly to professional services staff to explore potential options for collaboration with the University and co-develop innovative research solutions.
Speakers will showcase how local and regional companies can discover the various avenues of collaboration with the University, including Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), Consultancy, Contract Research, and student placements.
Ultimately, attendees will gain valuable insights from companies already engaged in successful partnerships with the University and understand the tangible benefits and impact they’ve experienced.
