Trapeze Group (UK) has taken up office space in central Chippenham on a 10-year lease.
Specialists in creating software for transport logistics for the public sector, Trapeze is part of a global group advancing new technologies and innovations for people transportation. It is also part of the largest IT Company in Canada, Constellation Software.
Trapeze has taken a 2,000 sq ft office suite at Bewley House, a fully carbon neutral office close to the town centre and railway station.
Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Commercial Property which owns the building, said, “It is fantastic news that we have been able to attract a high-profile tenant like Trapeze Group to Bewley House.
“We are still seeing very strong demand for high quality town centre office space as more workers come back to the office post pandemic and want to be close to facilities such as shops, gyms and the station.
“Chippenham has already doubled in population in the last 30 years and with plans for several thousand new homes and the construction of the Eastern relief road over the next few years we can only see this demand increasing.”
Aaliyah Wood, Office Manager for Trapeze Group, said, “As a company we felt the carbon neutral and eco-credentials of the building along with its central location and facilities were key to our decision to move.”
