TJS Homes growth continues apace as firm fills order book to March 2017

Swindon homebuilder TJS Homes is continuing to grow at an impressive rate.

Launched in early 2015, the firm had merged with the construction business Eclipse & Son, acquired eight vans, secured office space in Swindon’s Elgin Industrial Estate and increased its workforce to nine people by March this year.

Now, TJS Homes has announced it has attracted new investment and has a full order book through to March 2017. And in addition to its core payrolled team, the business now employs eight subcontractors, taking its total workforce to 17.

TJS Homes has completed over 20 property conversion projects and is currently working on two boutique hotels in Wiltshire. The firm has also won two further high spec development projects in the county.

Eight different investors have backed TJS Homes since April 2015 and the firm’s owner, Tom Deller, is now liaising with international investors.

Reflecting on a memorable year, Tom said: “This business is going from strength to strength for one simple reason. People demand quality construction and exceptional customer service. Construction projects are major investments for our clients and they know that, as a firmly established Wiltshire homebuilder, TJS Homes will deliver. This is why the majority of our business comes from referrals.”

TJS Homes is changing the perception of the construction industry across Wiltshire. By using only top tier tradespeople who consistently deliver quality workmanship, it offers excellent value and full guarantees on all work.

TJS Homes specialises in six key areas of property development:

-new builds
-building repairs and maintenance

The firm also buys property in any state of repair in and around Wiltshire with a view to redevelopment and onward sale.
