Systemagic acquires ex-Apple tech specialist

As demand for using Apple computers and servers in business continues to grow, Bradford-on-Avon based IT firm, Systemagic has welcomed a new Apple Specialist to its “award-winning” team.

James Bunting, 25, from Atworth, is the latest addition to the helpdesk team at Systemagic. He brings over eight years’ experience to the firm, implementing and supporting Apple business solutions and has “multiple” Apple certificates and accreditations. In his new role, James will be dealing directly with clients, assisting with technical issues and helping to integrate Apple computers into the business.

According to Systemagic, over the past six months, the 13-strong IT support firm has worked with many businesses – particularly in the media and design sectors – that need to run a mixture of Apple and Microsoft computers and servers. Consequently, James Eades, managing director of Systemagic, has ensured that his employees are keeping up to date with Apple solutions.

James Eades explained: “It’s brilliant to have found someone with James’s experience and credentials to join our team. He has already been instrumental in developing new solutions for some very large clients, and we are also up-skilling other members of the team ready for a busy 2018.”

Systemagic celebrated 18 years in business last year by moving to bigger premises in Bradford-on-Avon. It provides IT support, cloud computing and connectivity solutions to clients including Norland College and Bath Cats & Dogs Home.
