Swindon’s TRAK expands into Bristol

The continued expansion of Swindon-based TRAK Employment Solutions has reached Bristol after the multi-million pound recruitment agency opened new offices in the city centre.

After revealing a record turnover in 2014 of more than £4million, TRAK are now targeting further development in Bristol and the South.

The TRAK revolution began back in 2007 in serviced offices in Swindon and after seven profitable years, TRAK have now been able to move their expansion to Bristol.

TRAK’s Bristol offices are based in the heart of the city and managing director Carl McCulloch is delighted they have been able to secure a permanent home in the city.

“We opened Bristol because we were offered an opportunity with some of our clients from Swindon,” said McCulloch. “We have spent a lot of time in Bristol sussing it all out and working out of serviced offices in the city.

“We were literally set up in a canteen area registering people, but amazingly it worked. It really kicked off and it was then that we saw the potential for a permanent office in Bristol.

“We approached Bristol with an open mind but then it did everything we expected and then some more. We are in a great location, so we are very pleased.

“Moving into a new office was a no brainer and if the need arises for a second office then we will do it.
“Our approach has always been very straightforward. Do the simple things well. Our clients expect a good service and that is something we pride ourselves on delivering.”

TRAK, who specialise in recruiting industrial, commercial and driving staff, have no plans to dwell on their success and Carl revealed they may consider opening further offices in Bristol in the near future: “This year is about taking the business further. We will be spending a lot more time in Bristol this year and come the end of the year we will likely be looking at recruiting another consultant.
“We are delighted with how it has gone in Bristol and we hope to open three more offices in the South West region by 2018. When you look at what we achieved last year, we know that we can move it on further.”
