A leading industry analyst has rated Outsource UK as having one of the best growth records of any IT recruitment business of recent times.
The company has appeared in Recruiter Magazine’s Fast 50 league table in four of the last five years, something that only two other agencies have ever achieved. Human Capital sector M&A specialists Boxington compile the data for Recruiter Magazine. Tim Evans is Boxington’s Managing Director and believes that Outsource has the strongest and most consistent track record of any IT recruitment firm appearing in Fast 50. Evans said, “Outsource UK’s track record in our annual Fast 50 league table is unrivalled by any IT recruitment company, IT being one of the hardest fought growth categories within Fast 50. The fact that its growth has been achieved by a mix of organic and acquisition growth is a further accolade to the management and employees of Outsource UK.”
Outsource UK is an independent specialist IT and engineering recruiter headquartered in Swindon with offices across the country. The company was founded in the early 1990s by CEO Paul Jameson. Strategic acquisitions of three businesses in the last five years have enabled Outsource to broaden its reach and service offering. From solid foundations in Swindon, Outsource UK has grown into a nationwide business with offices in the Midlands, Manchester and London. Its specialism has expanded to include engineering, as well as all aspects of IT and digital.
In the recently published 2015 Fast 50 listing the company was ranked 33rd with a compound annual growth rate of 28.44% up from 28% in 2014.
CEO Paul Jameson said, “I’m very proud that we have, yet again, made it into the Recruiter Fast 50 table, and I’m absolutely delighted that we are one of only three businesses to have appeared in this ranking four times in the last five years. It is confirmation that our strategy of acquisitions is delivering consistently strong growth. We have a great team at Outsource. This great track record would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff in all our offices”.
Outsource employs around 60 people and has an annual turnover in excess of £40 million. For more information about Outsource UK, go to www.outsource-uk.co.uk
