Swindon town centre’s newest office development has been officially launched to the local business community by the Deputy Mayor of Swindon, Councillor Maureen Penny.
3 Newbridge Square, formerly known as Tricentre 3, has recently undergone a £2 million refurbishment and now provides eight floors of office space, serviced offices, a business hub and shared meeting rooms.
Owned by FI Real Estate Management (FI-REM), there is 34,518 square foot of office space available across six remaining floors; with the top floors having been let to AECOM.
The first floor of the building offers a variety of serviced office accommodation, ranging from one person to ten person offices. The remaining four floors are available to be leased floor by floor, or by part floor.
3 Newbridge Square has an enviable location for businesses looking for a base in Swindon but with easy access to other towns and cities, with Swindon’s mainline railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the town centre.
Deputy Mayor of Swindon Councillor Maureen Penny said: “This is a phenomenal investment for Swindon. There is a big need for regeneration of this sort in Swindon and with other current investment such as Kimmerfields and the electrification of the railway, the only way is up.
“The importance of business economy to the town is paramount and I’m sure 3 Newbridge Square, with its excellent and practical office space and a prime location, will do very well.”
David Thwaites, Senior Asset Manager for FI-REM added: “We’re very pleased to launch 3 Newbridge Square to the local business community and to have already received such positive comments about the refurbished space available.
“The location is known for being a hub of successful business in Swindon, especially in the building’s former life as Tricentre 3, and we look forward to working with companies looking for top quality, convenient, town centre office space.”
