Bath based Geometry PR is citing increasing optimism within the West Country business community as the reason it has seen strong growth in new clients during the first quarter of 2015.
“We certainly get the feeling the business community is feeling more confident,” explains Linda Donaldson, MD of Geometry PR. “PR and marketing are often sacrificed when the economy is depressed and businesses feel vulnerable. But we have welcomed five new companies to our portfolio in recent months, and all of our new clients are very optimistic about the future and eager to invest in raising their profile to their customers and industries.”
Since the turn of the year Geometry PR, which is based in Lower Borough Walls, has added Bath Racecourse, Clarks Village Outlet Shopping, the Chippenham Business Improvement District, Mendip Studio School, and residential and commercial property developer and construction company MF Freeman to its portfolio.
“The South West has a lot going for it and a healthy and diverse business community,” continues Linda Donaldson. “The new Chippenham Business Improvement District is indicative of the region’s ‘get up and go’ attitude that sees the business community increasingly looking to positively promote itself. There are also a lot of positive new developments coming online, such as the redevelopment of the Cadbury factory in Keynsham, and we are looking forward to working with MF Freeman to promote the benefits to the area.
“Our clients are not only looking for experience and knowledge of the local, national and sector trade media, they are looking to deliver a wide range of creative ideas to directly speak to their audiences, and in general our clients are looking for innovation, which also suggests they are increasingly savvy and focussed about how they present and promote themselves. From our point of view delivering our service has never been more rewarding than it is now.”
