With just over two weeks to go until the very first Swindon and Wiltshire Business Festival, the event organiser – Swindon & Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) – is urging potential attendees to book one of the few remaining tickets.
The festival, which is in association with Western Gateway and sponsored by Thrings and Nationwide Engineering, is a celebration of innovation, creativity, and the entrepreneurial spirit.
Over 300 visitors are expected at the event, which will take place on Wednesday 15th November from 09:00 – 16:00 GMT at the BCC (Business Cyber Centre) in Chippenham.
Guests can connect, learn, and position their enterprise at the forefront of the region’s evolving business landscape and exhibitors will provide a comprehensive glimpse into the region’s forward-looking mindset.
Connect with a diverse array of professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders who are shaping the trajectory of business in Swindon and Wiltshire while fostering meaningful connections, exchanging insights, and exploring synergies that can fuel your business growth.
With a networking breakfast and speed networking sessions throughout the day, this is the chance to grow your contacts. There will also be workshops and seminars designed to equip guests with practical skills, actionable strategies, and innovative approaches to tackle contemporary business challenges.
Chris Stevens, Head of Business Support, Swindon & Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership, said, “Our inaugural Business Festival is gearing up to be a fantastic day at the Business Cyber Centre. The whole ethos of the event is based on bringing Swindon and Wiltshire businesses together to collaborate and build relationships.”
John Wilkinson, Director of the Western Gateway, added, “We are delighted to be working in partnership with SWLEP. This great opportunity will allow us to create new connections and drive positive change. I can’t emphasize enough how crucial these events are for local business growth and prosperity.
“The Western Gateway brings together businesses, academia, and governments across the Severn to work in partnership to attract new opportunities from the UK and beyond for the 4.4 million people who live here.”
