Smethurst Property Consultants aquire Edison Park on behalf of Shelborn Asset Management

Acting on behalf of Shelborn Asset Management Limited Smethurst Property Consultants have announced the recent acquisition of Edison Park, Dorcan Way, Swindon.

Edison Park offers a range of modern self-contained office accommodation, with allocated car parking in a landscaped and secure setting. The office accommodation is arranged over four buildings and is capable of accommodating requirements ranging from 2,500 ft² to 50,000ft²

The park is conveniently located on the eastern side of Swindon, in the Dorcan area, just 2.5 miles from junction 15 of the M4 motorway. It is moments from the A419 which provides good access to Thamesdown Drive, one of the main arterial routes serving North / North West Swindon and the M5 at Junction 11a. Swindon town centre and Swindon Station are approximately 3.5 miles away.
