Selwood Housing Group, a social enterprise which operates across the South West has been awarded the Investors in People Bronze Standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.
The charity based in Trowbridge, employs around 250 local people in a wide variety of roles from electricians to neighbourhood managers and customer service representatives.
Investors in People is a globally renowned award which recognises continued commitment to the development of employees and the Bronze Award is an enhanced version of the standard award. Selwood Housing Group joins around 1,000 other organisations all over the world with the Bronze standard.
