A Chippenham based sales coaching business welcomes Bath Spa graduate Natasha Baer as their new sales executive.
Natasha’s degree in writing, and her experience in hospitality and retail has helped secure her the role. At her previous job, a bookseller for Waterstones in Bath, she dedicated her time to providing excellent customer-service. Now, she aims to help managing director, Alison Edgar, move Sales Coaching Solutions forwards towards growth and a higher financial acumen.
Natasha said: “Alison has been a mentor to me, in the same way as she has helped small businesses increase profit through sales.” Being both new to role and new to the world of business, Natasha’s strategy is to meet as many people as possible. Growing the brand awareness of a small business is no mean feat, especially when there is a wealth of competition from other sales coaches and mentoring services in the South-West.
Natasha believes that the most important part to the sales executive role is building relationships. Not only is this at the heart of the company, but it is what she loves to do. Whether it is creating new leads, or establishing a connection with existing clients, she insists that a friendly approach is always the best. Even the toughest, coldest CEOs can become approachable if you get them to laugh.
