Prezola expands at Woodland Estate

Business is well and truly booming for a wedding gift company based in Westbury.

Now officially the UK’s leading independent wedding gift company, Prezola employs 28 people in Wiltshire, sourcing thousands of wedding gifts for newlyweds across the UK.

Prezola Ltd was set up by husband and wife team Dom and Ali Beaven in 2010 and is based on Westbury’s Woodland Estate owned and managed by HPH Commercial Property. The Company has more than tripled its staff since moving to the business estate in January this year and has now taken on an extra 2,000 sq ft of warehousing space as a result of a huge increase in demand.

The Company sources over 30,000 products from 100 of the UK’s leading high street and online retailers, many of which are unique to Prezola and not available from any other wedding gift list company. Their service includes bespoke gift wrapping and delivery.

Dom Beaven said, “HPH have been incredibly supportive at every step of the way. They take time to understand the way our business operates and help us find solutions. One of the reasons we chose the Woodland Estate is HPH’s active management and the potential to rearrange and expand our accommodation as our business grows. Our main concern now is how HPH can help with our next phase of growth now that all units on the estate are spoken for.”

“The move to the Woodland Estate has been a really positive one and I would like to thank HPH for all of their assistance and helping us to grow our business at the right time.”

Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Ltd added, “Providing property solutions is core to our business. We understand industrial and logistic processes and we assess and analyse the needs of individual businesses to help them achieve maximum value from their premises. For this reason we directly manage all our properties and have regular contact with all our tenants to be sure we stay in touch with the dynamic development they seek to achieve.”
