New Trinity Park development planned for Swindon

By Anita Jaynes on 22 September, 2016

On behalf of established developer clients, Loveday and WBM have announced the forthcoming development of Trinity Park, a brand new development of four industrial / warehouse units in Swindon.  The development, which is subject to a detailed planning application, will be on a five acre site at Hillmead just off Mead Way in close proximity to the Nissan and Fiat car dealerships.  It is also opposite the established Western Gate and Hillmead Industrial estates which are popular, multi occupied developments.

Trinity Park will consist of a substantial, detached building incorporating both a dedicated yard and dock level loading doors of approximately 55,000 sqft.  There will also be a terrace of three further units which could be acquired individually from just 3,330 sqft or in any combination up to 16,500 sqft.  All units will be available to lease or purchase freehold.

Alastair Andrews of joint agents Loveday said: “Swindon is experiencing the lowest level of available industrial and warehouse properties for a generation.  Furthermore, the few properties that are on the market are often old or of inappropriate specification to meet modern requirements, particularly in the distribution sector. Consequently, both established Swindon companies and businesses looking to come into the town are struggling to find suitable properties from which to operate.  The new Trinity Park development will therefore go some way to satisfying this demand.”

Further information on the timescales for the development will be released in due course.  However, pre-sales or pre-lets will be considered with the ability for occupiers to have input into the final design and specification.
