Swindon Borough Council has granted planning permission for a brand new industrial park to serve the region.

Trinity Park will be a new development in Hillmead, Swindon, bringing 78,750 sq ft of production and distribution space to the area.

In a joint venture, Trebor Developments along with partner Hillwood have acquired the site and work will soon begin on the development which is expected to be completed in the autumn.

According to Trebor and Hillwood, the space available would suit manufacturing and distribution occupiers, with the potential for space to also be used as a headquarters facility.

Located close to junction 16 of the M4 as well as the A419, Trinity Park is well connected by road.

James Drew from Trebor Developments said, “A well-established industrial and distribution location, Hillmead is ideal for a development like this.

“The units will be thoughtfully designed and set within a landscaped environment, with ample parking for lorries and cars, and we are already having positive discussions with occupiers.”

CBRE and WBM Property are the joint agents for the venture
