The new year heralds a new company in Swindon with the launch of WBM Commercial Property Limited.
WBM is an independent commercial property and building consultancy practice offering its clients more than 35 years collective experience in commercial property. Whilst able to advise on any commercial property matter, WBM’s three core areas of specialism are commercial agency, building surveying and property management.
The three directors – Ralph Wells, Andrew Body and Richard Morris – have worked together previously, although initially set out as sole practitioners trading as Wells Commercial, ABA Commercial Property and RJV Management.
Ralph Wells, agency director, said: “With an increasing number of mutual clients the benefits of merging to form WBM were clearly visible to Andrew, Richard and I to further strengthen the advice we can offer and to provide a more comprehensive commercial property service.
“We feel that the three core services integrate closely in providing commercial property advice to cover all agency, property procurement, building consultancy and property management matters.
“We aim to give our clients peace of mind that one company can provide a simple solution to all of their commercial property needs. We very much look forward to further developing our relationships with our existing clients but also assisting local businesses with their commercial property needs over the coming years.”
