New businesses are set to benefit from a talk at a Swindon networking group next month.
Karen Thurley, business development director of RED Virtual Office, will be talking at Business Village’s breakfast meeting on Thursday, November 12.
Her topic will be “Fake it till you make it, first impressions count – how to compete when your business was set up just three weeks ago”, so ideal for any new companies which want to give the impression they’ve been around for a bit longer.
Previously personal assistant to the director of communications at Bank of America in London, Karen and her husband Denis set up RED Virtual Office ten years ago to offer PA services as an outsourced provider.
The event will include breakfast and the opportunity to network. Business Village meets each Thursday for breakfast and networking at The Campanile Hotel, on the Delta Business Park, Swindon, from 7.30-9am. The group charges no membership fee, just £10 per visit, and all are welcome. To book, visit: www.businessvillage.org
