Commenting on his new role Mike said; “I have been impressed by the increasing profile and important role of the Swindon Mindful Employer Network in the town. I firmly believe that being a Mindful Employer is good for businesses and their employees and helps project Swindon as a progressive and exciting place to live and work.”
