Over the past three decades, CIS has developed from a one man start-up to a company that provides enterprise IT solutions to clients with local, national and global footprints.

CIS was established in 1989 and specialises in IT solutions, services and consultancy. The company’s focus of providing enterprise IT solutions to businesses locally, nationally and internationally has been at the core of its business whilst its offering has grown to include its own Cloud infrastructure, which uniquely is housed in a former nuclear bunker.

CIS prides itself on providing four key areas of support to businesses – Cloud, Security, Communications and Support. The company takes a flexible approach to client relationships, allowing it to create bespoke packages to meet the needs of modern businesses as they grow and evolve in the technological era.

In addition, the firm has a comprehensive General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) offering delivering compliance solutions and strategic training to businesses across the UK.

With an impressive list of industry accreditations including certificates from Sophos, Microsoft, Veeam and VMWare, CIS has developed a reputation for being an innovative and responsible IT solutions provider dedicated to constantly improving its own processes.

The company believes one of the keys to its success is its ability to recognise that every business is different. Modern companies are often looking for bespoke, professional solutions from their IT partner, which is why CIS has a number of important core values demonstrating the way in which it works. These include an honest and ethical approach when consulting with clients; a desire for clients and suppliers to benefit positively from solutions; delivering innovative and reliable IT solutions and measuring its own success by the success of its clients.

As a demonstration of the company’s commitment to customer service over the  past  12 months  its  support technicians  have  achieved a  97%  success rate  against  service level  agreements and  have successfully  completed  over 12,000 support  tickets.
