As we come to the end of our #LoveLocalWilts Malmesbury week, we celebrate the town in pictures thanks to local creative, Drea MacMillan.
Drea has been working with Malmesbury Town Team and Malmesbury Town Council to create a series of images to promote the town for its new Discover Malmesbury campaign supporting the town’s many independent retailers as they begin to open their doors and recover from lockdown.
The promotional campaign includes visuals of Malmesbury shopkeepers acting as photographic models and visual storytellers. Many of the town’s residents and regular visitors will recognise the faces shown on banners, poster, billboards and on social media. As part of the campaign, Facebook and Instagram will be used to share trader promotions and stories, as well as promoting the Malmesbury Gift Card.
Drea MacMillian is a Malmesbury resident and is passionate about the town she calls home. Drea works with clients throughout the South West to improve their online visibility and sales. She has over 12 years experience in the industry and her core services include, social media training, content creation, social media management and photography for social media. She specialises in Tourism and Hospitality and loves supporting local businesses. Drea, said, “It’s an honour to work with Discover Malmesbury promoting our high street and amazing business owners through the #LoveLocal Campaign!”
