With Lockdown 3.0 upon us, The Business Exchange is
asking for your insights regarding coping strategies, new habits and how to
stay positive throughout this third (and hopefully final) national lockdown.
Daniel O’Connor, Co-Founder of Transform Digital Marketing and Associate Director of Transform Communications based in Bradford-on-Avon, reflects on upping exercise levels, cutting down on kebabs and launching a new venture during the pandemic.
How are you keeping positive through Lockdown 3.0?
We’re lucky, we’ve kept busy through lockdown. There’s
been masses of proactive work going on with businesses launching and diversifying,
which helps us stay focussed and positive.
How are you structuring your day? Have you changed your
We start each day with a virtual team meeting to set us
up for the day. I love that no day is the same, even though we are still at

What is your biggest goal this year?
My goal is to work hard and grow our businesses. Like
most, we’ve had to pivot and change so that’s been a huge positive. We’ve built
up Transform Communications and launched Transform Digital Marketing during the
pandemic. No matter what the world or Covid-19 throws at us, the team’s health
and job security are key for me.

shaped your future for the better?
