Swindon based IT and cloud communication provider, Thirdline, is celebrating ten years of successful growth working with clients across the UK.
In 2004, Thirdline was founded by Jack Peploe while he was at school. His rapidly expanding IT company was launched from his dorm room. Now Thirdline employs over 20 staff,including solutions specialists, senior technical engineers and customer relationship managers, to name but a few.
The business believes IT is all about customer service and employs only 3rd line engineers, the highest level of engineer in the industry. The company has gone from strength-to-strength, taking on 11 new employees in the last year.
Sponsoring the charity Back on Track Teens this year, Thirdline have helped put a number of young people through their Back to Work programme, giving them the skills they need to start job searching and enter the world of work.
Thirdline has heavily invested in its cloud infrastructure, expanded across three separate UK data centres, allowing them to offer a range of SaaS (Software as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solutions. In the communications sector, the company are taking on the likes of BT Retail to provide telephone, broadband and mobile services to businesses.
Jack Peploe, Founder and CEO of Thirdline said: “It’s been an amazing ten years for us, we’re grown dramatically in all areas of the business. It’s taken years of hard work to get Thirdline where it is today, but it’s so worth it.
