Swindon youth charity Inner Flame has been shortlisted for a £20,000 grant from RBS’s Skills & Opportunities Fund, and is seeking the support of local people. This is to launch a new training programme to help jobseekers (aged 16-25) to find work. Inner Flame’s programmes help young people to build confidence and move towards employment.

The next stage of the application process is a public vote. Charity founder, David Wreathall, said: “We all know someone who has struggled to find work. We are appealing to everyone in Swindon to help bring this money into the town, and make a difference.”

The deadline for voting online is this Friday June 19. Visit  www.innerflame.org.uk/skills-opportunities-fund-vote/ it only takes a minute, and you could make a lifetime difference to a young person in Swindon.
