Kavanaghs let landmark office building in Trowbridge

Acting on behalf of private clients Kavanaghs Commercial has announced the letting of County Gate, County Way, Trowbridge to Freightex on a five year lease.

County Gate occupies a landmark location to the south of Trowbridge town centre and comprises of a striking four storey building with glass elevations. Freightex have taken a second floor office suite extending to just over 2,000 sq ft which has been finished to a high standard to include raised access flooring, full carpeting, suspended ceilings and air conditioning.

Freightex specialise in cross channel road freight using an experienced team to provide customers with excellent service levels. Freightex have a large carrier network, which includes a dedicated fleet to provide their customers with a full range of vehicle types. The company initially established an office in Wiltshire in 2010 but have grown substantially since.

Jane Beaumont, finance director at Freightex said: “The new offices at County Gate will enable us to accommodate our expanding workforce to service both our existing and new customers in the southern region of the UK. We are actively recruiting and would be happy to hear from people in the area with transport experience and anyone with good foreign language skills.”

Alison Williams, associate director at Kavanaghs Commercial said: “This is the second letting at this building that we have secured this year showing a strengthening of the Wiltshire office market, where we are experiencing an increased demand from the service industries such as technical consultants and media companies searching for good quality well located office accommodation.”
