The managing director of Bradford on Avon-based IT and cloud provider Systemagic, James Eades, is celebrating the performance of his tech team after response and resolution times have consistently hit industry leading levels for over 12 months.
James said,“My team have worked extremely hard over the past year and have produced some amazing results. Across over 15,000 support requests they’ve delivered an average response of 11 minutes and an average resolution time of just 26 minutes – including “priority 1” requests which are often far more complex and time consuming to fix. Coupled with consistently great customer satisfaction feedback and 99.9% client retention I couldn’t be prouder of them.”
As a reward James is taking the entire team to Center Parcs in July where activities will include paintballing and aerial tree trekking. The weekend will be a double celebration as Systemagic also celebrates 20 years in business this year and has seen yet another year of strong growth.
