Hundreds set to attend today’s business show

The South West Business & Community Expo comes to STEAM museum today providing a platform to showcase businesses in the region, with over 500 delegates registered to attend.

The day begins with a special Swindon Chamber Of Commerce Breakfast from 7.30-9.15am. The Chamber which is an official partner of the event will host the breakfast in the Grandstand and guests will be treated to a presentation by guest speaker Neil Clough, a finalist in last year’s series of BBC’s The Apprentice.

From 9am-4pm the Great Hall will play home to 80 exhibitors from start-ups to large organisations.

The show includes an exhibition hall, networking, key note speakers and a number of leading workshops.

The event is sponsored by Excalibur Communications and CEO James Phipps is one of the headline speakers. He will address key areas for business success including culture, strategy, sales, marketing, finance and recruitment.

Other key note speakers include Brad Burton- the UK’s No 1 motivational speaker, Jackie Chappell- 1st Woman CEO of British Rail, Neil Clough- 2013 BBC Final Five Apprentice Star and Russell Cook talking about the positive impact of business continuity.
