Guests raise £1,000 at charity’s birthday bash

Guests who attended the fourth birthday party of Wiltshire-based charity People against Poverty raised more than £1,000 to fund its work.

The birthday party was recently held at the charity’s HQ in Hilperton, Devizes and was sponsored by Andy Barlow of Barlow Financial Management and the Grangeside Business Centre Ltd. Among the guests were supporters of People against Poverty and members of the related organisation Business against Poverty. Among the guests was Trowbridge mayor Councillor Roger Andrews.

Business against Poverty is a not-for-profit business network which runs alongside People against Poverty which provides support to people in poverty in the UK and overseas.
