A billion-dollar business guru behind some of America’s biggest brands will be in Wiltshire at the end of April to share his recipe for success.

Glen Senk, 63, has been the creative force for some of the world’s leading retailers and he will be speaking on How To Build A Billion Dollar Business at a breakfast at Heywood House, near Westbury, on Thursday 30th April.

He took on the prototype brand Anthropologie when it was just a test project at US firm Urban Outfitters and shaped it into a global brand worth a billion dollars.

Having started his career at Bloomingdale’s, Glen moved to Habitat in London before returning to the United States to mastermind the expansion of Pottery Barn. He was also CEO of fine jewellery brand David Yurman and more recently formed his own consultancy Front Row Partners.

Heywood House event organiser Sally Lowton said, “Throughout the year we’ll be arranging some special speaking events which we feel will give our tenants some fascinating perspectives on the world of business. The first of these with Glen Senk is a perfect example. We aim to scatter more of these events throughout the year so keep an eye on our website.”
