A selection of new stores, including one of the UK’s “top outdoor clothing retailers,” will soon be opening in The Brunel in Swindon.
Grape Tree and 12th Dynasty Tattoo Studio have recently opened in the Plaza and they will soon be joined by Trespass UK, Burger Priest and City Mazes escape rooms.
Trespass UK – which offers “high quality” outdoor clothing and equipment at affordable prices – will be opening later this month on Regent Street.
Additionally, The Burger Priest will be opening in The Crossing this month, and City Mazes, a virtual reality escape challenge, will be opening on the top floor of the Arcade in time for the Centre’s Halloween events.
The Brunel claims that Grape Tree and 12th Dynasty Tattoo Studio, which have already opened, are already “proving popular” with shoppers.
Specialising in quality health and well-being products, Grape Tree, on the ground floor of the Plaza, stocks a range of health foods,’free from’ products, drinks and natural whole foods and superfoods.
Meanwhile, moving from his previous studio in the tented market, James Dhillon has opened 12th Dynasty Tattoo Studio on the top floor of the Plaza and has two other tattoo artists working with him in the studio.
Jane Stewart, acting centre manager for The Brunel, said: “Our new retailers have had a very warm welcome from shoppers in The Brunel and although they’ve only been open here for a short time, they have already built up good reputations for what they offer.”
James Sweetnam, founder of The Event Corporation Ltd on behalf of City Mazes, added: “With our years of experience in alternative active entertainment across the South and Wales we are very excited to be bringing City Mazes escape rooms to Swindon.
“After the popularity of this concept in Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford and London we are confident that this will be a great addition to The Brunel. Friends and families as well as Hens & Stags and of course Corporate team building and Christmas parties will all find the 4 rooms engaging and challenging.”
