Emmett Franklin has joined Wiltshire’s leading heating and plumbing company as an engineer.

The 34-year-old, who lives in Bath, took up his new role this month after moving to the area. He’s worked in the heating and plumbing industry for a decade. Previously he’d worked as an electronics engineer.

Emmett said: “I moved into this area of engineering as I wanted to be more customer-focused and I enjoy the fact that you are out and about, travelling around and discovering Bath and Wiltshire.”

At home, Emmett is a film buff and has a passion for Minis – his own car is a 1971 Clubman estate.

Emmett joins a team of ten engineers working with John Williams Heating Services, which is based on the Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham. The company was named Best Small Business and Business of the Year 2014 in the Enterprising Wiltshire awards. It’s also a Which? Trusted Trader and is registered with
