DMI Finance expands team with new hire

By Nick Batten on 5 February, 2020

Chippenham-based DMI Finance continues to grow its team with the appointment of a new Commercial Finance Broker, Liva Grinberga.

DMI was founded in 2000 by Geoff Philpot and provides property finance, commercial and Buy to Let mortgages and property insurance for investors, private buyers, landlords and developers.

The now 14-strong company specialises in providing finance for auctioned property, when speed is often of the essence.

Originally from Latvia, Liva has spent the last two years with London & Country (L&C) Mortgages.

She said, “I’m excited to join DMI. I was drawn to the company primarily because of its exceptional engagement with its clients.

“Securing a mortgage can be extremely stressful, so the relationship between broker and client is key.

“As with DMI, I am passionate about making sure my commercial clients are getting the best experience, from first point of contact to resolution – and even beyond.

“I relish the prospect of building a client base with DMI, meeting clients face to face and I eventually hope to develop my role further, providing advice on residential purchases and remortgages.”

Bath Rugby supporter Liva will also be representing DMI during its busy auction schedule in February and March.

DMI’s Broker Manager Andrew Martin, added, “We are delighted to welcome Liva to our team. She brings an invigorating mix of expertise and passion to the company.

“We want to challenge the traditional high street lenders, simplify complex mortgages for our clients and ultimately secure them the best deals possible in the swiftest time.

“Liva’s appointment, and others we have planned for 2020, reflect our continued investment in growing an expert team to help serve our customers.”
