Digital agency All Things Web® poised for 2015 growth

By Anita Jaynes on February 02, 2015

Local digital agency, All Things Web®, based on the outskirts of Swindon is celebrating a successful 2014 which saw turnover increase by 16% and the addition of two new staff. The year ahead looks set to see this trend continue and has given managing director, Darren Moloney, the confidence to enter into local business awards for the first time since he registered the company in 2007.

All Things Web® offers a suite of web marketing services including search engine optimisation, pay per click, social media, email marketing and business blogging. Moloney attributes its achievements to two key factors: a second-to-none insistence on detailed strategic planning for clients’ web marketing, and empowering his own team to embrace the company’s own business and marketing strategies.

Darren said: “Aside from my business, I am passionate about gliding which requires meticulous preparation; through this I have learnt that adhering to the ‘Five Ps’ reaps its own rewards (Proper – Planning – Prevents – Poor – Performance)! One great result of this approach is that, despite frequent changes in algorithms and standards by Google, we have not had a single client penalised by Google for their web activity. It’s a track record of which we are immensely proud.”

Plans for 2015 are already well under way: having secured eight new contracts already this year, All Things Web® will expand its range of services to offer data mining and app development, both of which are products requested by its clients. The company aims to recruit two more staff members by the summer, and is also considering offering work experience and perhaps an apprenticeship to foster young talent.

Customers are clearly delighted with the service and have proven to be a regular source of new business. Mark Farrell, managing director of BIL Group, said: “We heard of All Things Web®’s reputation when it came to achieving good, solid results on getting ranked on Google organically without charging a company the earth. We asked them to visit us and discuss the benefits of moving our SEO to them. We’ve not been let down. Our company now ranks on page 1 of Google organically for at least 90% of our required keyword phrases in a very competitive arena. It’s a pleasure doing business with them and it’s great to be able to recommend them to others.”

So Darren and his team wait with baited breath for the announcement of the awards winners. Whatever the outcome, All Things Web® is poised to take off in style in 2015!
