The Swindon & Wiltshire Initiative, part of Business West, has announced the appointment of Dee Temple-Multon on a part-time basis to replace the retiring Mike Godfrey OBE as Initiative Manager.
Dee is an experienced business advisor and trainer who will continue in her part-time role as Innovation Specialist for Innnovate2Succeed in addition to her new role as Initiative Manager.
Melksham-based Dee is a passionate advocate for Wiltshire business and will play a crucial role in connecting and facilitating dialogue across the business community and ensuring the voice of business is heard by key decision makers in the county.
Commenting on Dee’s appointment, Ian Larrard, Director of the Swindon & Wiltshire Initiative at Business West, said, “Dee brings a wealth of knowledge of the business sectors in Wiltshire and is a well-known and highly respected business figure in the county, standing her in good stead driving our local business engagement and lobbying activities.
“Dee’s extensive experience helping Wiltshire businesses grow and innovate aligns closely with the Government’s Industrial Strategy, which puts local collaboration and technological development at its core.”
Dee started her new role on 1st May. Mike Godfrey will remain a non-executive director of Business West and GWE Holdings.
