A new independent coffee shop is set to open at 6 New Road in Chippenham.

Owned and operated by Millie Jones and partner Mark Williams, the shop, which has a keen focus on sustainability, will serve a selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes and shakes seven days a week.

All coffee beans used at Coffee on the Corner will be sourced from local artisan roasters, Coffee Gems, while a local supplier will provide the shop’s cakes.

Millie Jones said, “We are thrilled to bring something new and unique to Chippenham with Coffee on the Corner. Our passion for coffee, focus on sustainability and use of local suppliers, alongside hosting events, will set us apart from other coffee shops in the area and bring the local community together.”

Mark Williams added, “We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new space. Everyone is welcome including your furry friends, so whether you fancy grabbing the best tasting coffee in Chippenham for your walk or you want to come in and have a chat then we have some great products and can’t wait to share with you our menu.”

Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Commercial Property which owns the premises, said, “We are delighted to welcome Coffee on the Corner as a new tenant to 6 New Road. We believe that this independent coffee shop, along with the recent openings of RajeshDai Grocery and Salt’s Hairdressing & Barbering, will being a vibrant energy to the area.

“We are sure our tenants in the serviced offices above will be keen customers, as well as nearby office workers. We look forward to seeing the positive impact these new businesses will have on the community.”
