CMD Recruitment puts community at the heart of its business

CMD Recruitment is continuing to put the local community at the heart of its CSR programme.

In 2024, the agency has already pledged wide-ranging support within the areas in which it operates, including two school events, sponsorship of football kits for four schools, donations to two food banks and participation in charitable cycling events, among other initiatives.

Despite being an SME, CMD Recruitment prioritises its role in supporting local causes.Last year, the business partnered with Future of Football to provide a valuable respite opportunity for parents facing financial hardship. By funding places at the summer football camp, CMD Recruitment ensured that families could enjoy a much-needed break during the school holidays.

Reflecting on the partnership, Dan Barfoot, Co-Founder of CMD Recruitment, said, “We truly believe in giving back to the community that has supported us over the years. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact our contributions can make in the lives of families facing challenges.

“As a local business, we have a responsibility to contribute positively to our community. Our business is committed to local economic growth and to support this, we need to continue to enrich our local community by supporting both the businesses and individuals within it. Through our ongoing philanthropic endeavours, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.”
