Chippenham Business Improvement District (BID) have announced the town’s business awards are returning next year, with Alliance Pharmaceuticals as title sponsor.
The Chippenham Business Awards, which take place in February each year, is the largest business event in Chippenham and is now entering its fourth year. The number and calibre of entries has grown each year, and it is now firmly part of the annual calendar for businesses in Chippenham and the surrounding area. Entries are welcomed from within a five-mile radius of Chippenham’s high street and 2019’s event saw an increase of 24% on the previous year’s entries; growing in both the number of entries and the number of businesses applying.
Manager of Chippenham BID, Kathryn Crosweller said, “It is so exciting that Alliance Pharmaceuticals have come on board as the title sponsor for the first time this year. This is a large, well respected company with its headquarters in Chippenham and to have their support reinforces the significance of an event that is about celebrating the achievements of local businesses in an increasingly difficult environment for many.”
