To mark International Women’s Day 2023, which this year took place on Wednesday 8th March, we’re celebrating some of Swindon and Wiltshire’s most inspiring women.
Through our social media channels, we asked our readers which women in our community inspire them and created a list of 20. The list is printed in our Feb/March magazine and from Wednesday 1st March, every weekday throughout the month we are profiling and championing each of these fantastic women online and via our social feeds.
Today we put the spotlight on Yvonne Parker…
Yvonne is a Hypnotherapist and the Founder of Yvonne Parker Hypnotherapy. After working as an accountant for 30 years, she retrained in the techniques of Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing and Neuro Linguistic Programming. She now runs her own practice in Swindon.
Yvonne helps her clients by using these various techniques to shift the trauma, behaviours, patterns and unwanted habits that are holding them back. This allows her clients to move forwards in their personal lives, their careers and in business – helping them become much happier, more focused and calmer, and more able to cope with everyday issues.
In 2022, Yvonne was listed as one of the Top 3 Best Rated Hypnotherapy Businesses in Swindon by Three Best Rated.
