Carter Jonas has appointed two chartered building surveyors from Jones Lang LaSalle to further strengthen their Bath and Wiltshire offering.
Martin Walker is a chartered building surveyor and has worked in Bath since 1976, advising on many of the city’s important and historical buildings for commercial and residential use involving surveying, refurbishment and restoration.
Tom Lowe, also a chartered building surveyor, joined King Sturge in 2008, now Jones Lang LaSalle, and is experienced in providing advice for clients including: acquisitions, conservation, dilapidations, and technical due diligence.
Both Martin and Tom have previously worked together on projects on behalf of Wiltshire Council (previously North and West Wiltshire Council) delivering refurbishment projects on the various sports centres including Chippenham Olympiad, Corsham Springfield, Warminster Woodcock Centre, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Melksham and Westbury.
Scott Harkness, head of commercial, Carter Jonas said: “We are thrilled that Martin and Tom have joined us. Their work will complement that of our commercial and valuations teams. Their expertise will boost the extent of the service we offer directly from our Bath office and enhance the service we offer to clients across the region. We continue to attract people who are looking to be part of a dynamic and visionary partnership.”
